To request a return, contact admin@liorafragrance.com within 7 calendar days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, an item must be completely unopened and in its original packaging, with proof of purchase. If the outer packaging has been opened, the item is not returnable. Items are not returnable after 7 calendar days from delivery.
Please inspect your order when it arrives. Contact us within 7 calendar days of delivery if an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, and include your order number and clear photos so we can review the issue.
Pre-orders are charged in full at checkout. Pre-orders may be cancelled without penalty until one week before the scheduled shipping date stated in your order confirmation or latest shipping update. Once an order has entered fulfillment, we cannot guarantee cancellation.
If we cannot ship a pre-order within the stated or latest updated shipping timeframe, we will contact you and give you the option to agree to the delay or cancel the unshipped order for a prompt refund.
If a return is approved, we will provide return instructions. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted. Refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned item has been received and inspected.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is caused by an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our error.
We usually respond to support requests within 5 business days.
