Where do you ship?

We currently ship from China to the United States only. Available delivery services and final charges are shown at checkout.

How much is standard shipping?

Orders containing only The Founding Hours Discovery Set under $70 have $6.95 standard U.S. shipping. Other orders under $70 have $8.95 standard U.S. shipping. Orders of $70 or more qualify for free standard shipping. The threshold counts merchandise; shipping charges and taxes do not count.

When will my order arrive?

Orders are prepared within 3 business days. Standard delivery is estimated at 7–10 business days after processing and carrier handoff. Expedited Shipping has an estimated transit time of 3–7 business days after processing. For an order containing only The Founding Hours Discovery Set, expedited shipping is $25. For mixed orders, checkout can show separate shipping groups and add their fees: selecting expedited shipping for both a Discovery Set group and a full-size product group currently totals $50. Review each shipping group and the final total before payment. Email admin@liorafragrance.com before ordering if you need help with a mixed order. Processing time is separate. What is the $15 Founding Credit?

The Founding Hours Discovery Set ($25) includes a $15 Founding Credit toward a future eligible full-size purchase, including The Hours 30‘ Parfum Oil — Driving Home Alone. The credit is supplied with your parcel, is valid for 3 months from the shipment date, and may be used once per customer. It cannot be combined with another discount code and does not apply to taxes, duties, or shipping fees. Shipping and free-shipping qualification are calculated separately at checkout.

Where can I enter a discount or Founding Credit code?

Use the “Discount or Founding Credit” field in your cart. If an active code is available, the discount field can also appear at checkout. Founding Credit is for a future eligible full-size purchase, not for the Discovery Set itself. If a code supplied with your parcel does not work, contact admin@liorafragrance.com.

How are taxes shown?

Any applicable taxes are calculated at checkout. Review the final order total before payment.

How do I request a return or get cancellation help?

Go to Returns & Order Help to manage your order and read the request instructions. For ordinary orders placed after self-service cancellation was enabled, you can request cancellation of unshipped items from your account before shipment. LIORAtelier reviews requests manually; submission does not automatically cancel or refund the order. If the action is unavailable, email admin@liorafragrance.com. Return requests must be made within 14 calendar days of delivery. Eligibility and refund handling follow the Refund Policy.

What if my item is damaged or incorrect?

Contact admin@liorafragrance.com within 14 calendar days of delivery with your order number and clear photos. We usually respond to support requests within 5 business days.
