Shipping policy

LIORAtelier will begin accepting pre-orders in August 2026. Shipping for the launch collection is expected to begin in September 2026.

At launch, orders are shipped within the United States only. We do not ship to Canada at launch. Shipping availability is determined at checkout.

Available shipping methods, delivery estimates, and charges are shown at checkout when available.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when available.

Launch timing is an estimate. If we cannot ship your order within the stated or latest updated shipping timeframe, we will contact you using the email address provided at checkout and give you the option to agree to the delay or cancel the unshipped order for a prompt refund.

To request an address correction before dispatch, contact admin@liorafragrance.com as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee changes after an order has entered fulfillment.

We usually respond to support requests within 5 business days.
