Founding Credit

Your $25 Founding Hours experience includes a $15 Founding Credit toward a future eligible full-size purchase, including The Hours 15ml Parfum Oil. The credit is included in the experience; it is not a reimbursement of shipping charges.

The credit is supplied with your parcel, is valid for 3 months from the shipment date, and may be used once per customer. It cannot be combined with another discount code and does not apply to taxes, duties or shipping fees.

Founding Credit does not itself include complimentary shipping. Shipping is charged separately under the Shipping Policy.

Pre-order & shipping

Pre-orders placed by September 30, 2026 begin fulfillment processing on October 1, 2026. Carrier handoff follows processing. October 1 is not a guaranteed delivery date.

Founding Hours is offered in limited quantities during launch. Returns and pre-order cancellations follow our Refund Policy.

Standard U.S. shipping: $6.95 when Founding Hours is purchased alone and the order is under $70. Orders of $70 or more ship free. Estimated standard delivery is 7–10 business days after processing and carrier handoff.
